Where Project Documents exist, they supplement these Terms and will control to the extent of any inconsistency. Where no separate written agreement exists, these Terms apply by default. GoTejus Technologies will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services as described and reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

GoTejus Technologies provides custom algorithmic trading script development as a technical service only. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. All trading involves significant financial risk. Past performance of any strategy does not guarantee future results. You trade entirely at your own risk.
Payment for services is due as specified in the applicable Project Documents. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, the work completed, resources committed, third-party costs incurred, and the terms stated in the relevant Project Documents.
Recurring support, annual maintenance, and similar ongoing service fees are generally non-refundable once the service period has started, except where otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
Custom software, web development, AI & ML, algorithmic trading scripts, consulting, and project-based work are usually billed against time, effort, milestones, committed resources, or agreed deliverables. Once work has started, fees paid or due may become non-refundable in whole or in part depending on the stage of completion and contractual commitments already undertaken.
Where no specific refund clause has been agreed in writing, any refund will be evaluated on a reasonable case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, we may deduct work completed, time spent, committed resources, third-party costs, taxes, gateway charges, and other non-recoverable expenses before processing the refund.
Certain services, such as annual maintenance, recurring technical support, or similar retained service arrangements, may be offered on a renewable term. Renewal structure, renewal fees, notice periods, and cancellation rules are governed by the relevant Project Documents or maintenance agreement.
Where recurring services are renewed manually, we may contact you by phone or email regarding continuation. Where recurring services are documented in writing, the agreed written renewal or cancellation process will apply.
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, code, and software — is the property of GoTejus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment for custom development work, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing. All underlying frameworks, libraries, and pre-existing tools remain the property of GoTejus Technologies or their respective owners.
